How to Lose Double Chin Fat

How to Lose Double Chin Fat
Just imagine how much better you'll feel when you discover how to lose double chin fat and you're no longer bothered by the distress it causes. You won't have to worry about posing for photos or using a webcam, or holding your head at just the right angle to minimize your double chin fat, or taking care not to look down so you don't make it look even bigger, anymore. If you have double chin fat then you probably wonder why you have been cursed with not one, but two, chubby chins. Lose this fat for good by understanding first what causes double chins and second how to lose double chin fat.How to Lose Double Chin Fat - Know the CauseThe four most common reasons why you have developed double chin fat are:
1. Excess fat due to being over weight.
2. Water retention.
3. Normal aging process.
4. Hereditary disposition.
Here are 7 tips to show you how to lose double chin fat:1. Lose weight. One of the best ways to lose double chin fat is to generally lose weight all over. Excess fat has accumulated under your jaw line and is being stored around the jaw area as fat. It's really important to change your diet so you eat more fiber, less fat and fewer calories.2. Eat a healthy diet low in sugar and salt and drink plenty of water to flush your system and help prevent water retention. Salty food will encourage your body to retain water because your body will try to dilute salt. You should be drinking at least 8 glasses of water every day.3. Eat oily fish at least 3 times a week to provide your body with Omega 3 and Omega 6 oils. Omega oils will help to soften your skin from the inside and improve your skin's elasticity so as you lose weight your skin will shrink back naturally and you won't be left with a turkey neck in place of your double chin fat. 4. Do facial exercises to tighten up the muscles around your neck and under your jaw. Tilt your head back and thrust your chin forward. Now open and close your mouth so that as you close your mouth you can feel the muscles under your jaw stretch. Bear in mind it's not the stretch that tones the muscle it's the slow controlled release. Repeat this exercise 5 times, 3 times a day, every day to help tone up the muscles under your chin.5. Use makeup to emphasize the beauty of your eyes and draw attention away from your neck and double chin.6. Avoid wearing clothes or necklaces that will make your double chin look more obvious.7. Begin a fat burning diet and start doing fat burning exercise to help reduce the amount of fat being stored in your body. Your diet is everything, you are what you eat. A fat burning diet will strip your body of excess fat including your double chin and you will look and feel more attractive.Follow the above 7 tips on how to lose double chin fat and it will soon become a distant memory. In summary: tone up your neck and jaw muscles, eat oily fish, drink plenty of water and switch to a fat burning diet. Now you know how to lose double chin fat

      Jumping rope
It is taken as a kid’s game but it has a very remarkable effect on the adults as well. It is the exercise that burns the most amount of calories in a minute. And another great advantage is that it is portable, it can be done from anywhere at any time. It also helps improve heart rate, metabolism and helps greatly in body detoxification since it involves sweating.

This is a sequential exercise that goes from squatting, kicking the feet back, pushing up, squatting again and lastly standing and then jumping. The sequence is then repeated for like 10 times

Boxing is great exercise; can u imagine it burns 727 calories per hour? And it doesn’t stop at that, it also works greatly on your arms and also leaves you feeling strong and able to defend yourself in any condition.

     Kettle bell swing
Hold kettle bell with both hands, keep spine neutral, hike the kettle bell your legs and use the strength from your legs and use the strength from your legs and gluteus to swing it out at chest level. Hands fully extended, hike kettle back between legs and repeat with a different arm

     Walking uphill with a load
All you have to do is fill your backpack with weights or rocks and walk up any somewhat steep hill. This exercise burns up to 415 calories per hour. It is also good for your legs, shoulders and back muscles.

Swimming is a great exercise and the beauty of it is that, the colder the water, the more calories burnt (but then don’t freeze yourself up please). It works well on the whole body and doesn’t put a lot of stress on the joints. It also works well on the posterior and anterior core.

Whether indoor rowing (with the machine) or outdoors, rowing is an incredible exercise as it uses both the upper and lower body extremities at the same time. It also uses large muscles and burns more calories.

Although it focuses more on the lower body, biking is an amazing exercise as well especially if it done uphill. It is better if you add clips in shoes so that you use the advantage of pulling to engage your posterior muscles. Also consider going to the gym to use air dyne to involve your upper body.

This is incredible because it uses both the upper and lower body, core and hips. Consider using a ski erg for an extra mile.

    Jump squat
Consider doing this for only five minutes a day. The beauty of it is that it burns 13.4 calories per minute! Amazing, right? Keep shoulders relaxed and spine in neutral position. The chest should be lifted as butt should stay above the knees. A great notice should be taken on the pelvic; it should be pointed. Propel yourself into a jump. Hands should point up a well during the jump and as you land, move hands to your hips and lower your body into a squat. This should be done for about 15 reps. Do sit ups as well.

6 facial masks that help you get rid of unwanted facial hair

  1. Face mask with turmeric
Turmeric is an Indian spice without taste or smell, used not only in food but also in beauty treatments. Turmeric slows hair growth, which is why Indian women use it frequently to remove facial hair. This spice is found in herbal or bio stores. How to prepare the mask? Mix the turmeric powder with water until you get a paste, apply it on the areas with hair and let it dry. After drying, remove it with a cotton pad soaked in warm water. You’ll notice that some of the hair was removed. Treatment should be repeated constantly.
  1. Face mask with turmeric, milk and chickpea flour
Mix in a bowl 6 tablespoons of chickpea flour, half a glass of milk, a tablespoon of turmeric, and a teaspoon of sour cream. Allow the paste to act 25 minutes, until dry, then remove it gently with a dry towel or hand. If the dough is too soft, add more flour of chickpeas. Also, if it is too hard, add milk.
  1. Face mask with potato juice and red lentils
Mix in a bowl potato juice from 2-3 potatoes, a small bowl of red lentil puree, 4 tablespoons of lemon juice and a tablespoon of honey. After you mix all ingredients, apply the mask on your face and let it dry. Remove gently.
  1. Face mask with honey and lemon
Mix 1 tablespoon of honey and a few drops of lemon juice. Apply the mask on face and leave it for 15 minutes then remove it with a wet towel. Do not expect to remove all the hair with one mask, treatment should be repeated 2-3 times a week, the results will not delay to appear.
  1. Face mask with sugar and honey
Unlike other masks from above this one acts as a wax mask. Mix in a bowl one tablespoon of sugar one of honey and a few drops of lemon juice. Heat the mixture in the microwave for 3 minutes, and after that when the paste is cooled, but it’s still warm, apply it on the face, on the areas with hair. Try to remove the mask by pulling in the opposite direction of hair growth, just as you do with wax.
  1. Face mask with egg
Another effective remedy for facial hair removal is a mask prepared from egg whites, a tablespoon of sugar and a tablespoon of flour. The ingredients should be mixed well, and the resulting paste to be applied on the face. After it dries, it should be eliminated from the face in the same manner as wax by pulling it in the opposite direction of hair growth. This mask does not provide the same results as waxing.
